CANCELLATION POLICY AND TERMS
At Sexy Makeup Studio, we understand that occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure efficiency and fairness to both our clients and our service providers, we have established the following cancellation policy.
Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that we can cover the expenses of our Team of profesional Glam Artists and honor the commitment we make by reserving the date for your event. This includes foregoing other potential clients who may have been interested in booking the same date.
In the event of an emergency, COVID-related restrictions, or a state-mandated shutdown, we understand the need for flexibility in rescheduling your reservation or appointment. You will have the option to reschedule your event multiple times at no additional charge, allowing you to find a suitable date amidst the changing circumstances.
Please keep in mind that any changes made to your event schedule, such as rescheduling due to emergencies or external factors, may impact specific requests or the availability of beauty services or our beauty mobile.
CANCELLATION PROCESS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF BOOKING
1. The deposit required at the time of booking to secure your reservation is refundable if the cancellation request is made by the primary party within 48 hours of the booking and was made in cash, Zelle, Apple pay or Square.
2.Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment that was originally used for the reservation, please note that a $50 fee will be deducted from the refunded amount for administrative and processing costs.
3.Cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days from the cancellation request receipt.
4.All cancellation requests must be submitted by primary party in writing via email or through our official cancellation request form within the designated 48-hour timeframe.
5.Cancellation Process for After Pay or Shop Pay installment systems: Deposits made through any of our installment plan systems (e.g., Shop Pay or Afterpay), within the 48 hours time frame, will be processed directly through the respective payment provider. Please note that a $50 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Cancellations processed by Shop Pay or After Pay may take additional processing time.
CANCELLATION PROCESS AFTER 48 HOURS OF BOOKING
6.Cancellation requests made AFTER the 48-hour window will be eligible for a Credit on a Sexy Makeup Studio Gift Card ONLY, by the primary party for bookings made online, in person, or Shop Pay and After Pay. The Sexy Makeup Studio gift card with the remaining balance must be used for the same or a similar package(s) or service(s) as initially booked, with a previous appointment made upon availability.
7.To reschedule a new appointment, please contact Sexy Makeup Studio directly to check for availability. A $25 administrative and processing fee will be deducted from the total amount. The remaining balance after deducting the fee will be loaded onto the Sexy Makeup Studio gift card for your future use.
8.The Sexy Makeup Studio Gift card can be provided digitally via email or physical card via mail, upon request, gift card will be sent to you by mail within 7-14 days after the cancellation.
9.Once The Sexy Makeup Studio Gift card is received, it will be activated and ready to use immediately.
10.After rescheduling a new appointment, Any remaining balance on the gift card can be reused for future Beauty services.
11.The gift card does not have an expiration date and can be redeemed in full or in part, any unused balance can be used towards future beauty services.
12.The gif card cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.
13.To book online using The Sexy Makeup Studio gift card, you need to call ahead to check availability.
14.If the total cost of the future beauty services exceeds the remaining balance on the gift card, you will be responsible for paying the difference using our accepted payment methods.
15.Lost or stolen cards will be replaced with the remaining balance transferred to the replacement card. Transaction Fee $10
16.The Sexy Makeup Studio gift card can be used under the legal primary party, person specified in the service agreement, appointment or reservation only.
17. If any of the party members included in a primary party reservation wish to cancel their individual service booked online, a 50% fee of the full amount for that particular service will be applicable. This fee will be deducted at the time of cancellation, and the remaining amount will be reimbursed with a Sexy Makeup Studio gift card.
18.The gift card representing the remaining 50% balance will be given to the primary party on the date of the appointment as specified in the agreement. This allows the person to use the gift card towards any future beauty services offered by Sexy Makeup Studio
19.To avoid the cancellation fee for this individual service, the service can be transferred to another person for the same appointment, beauty service, date, time and location. This transfer must be communicated to Sexy Makeup Studio at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. The transferred service will then be provided to the new individual without incurring any cancellation fees.
20.If a party member, added by the primary party of the reservation or scheduled appointment, wishes to cancel their individual service, they have the option to transfer it to another person. However, if they choose not to transfer it, a Sexy Makeup Studio gift card will be issued on the day of the event. This gift card will carry the specific amount for the cancelled service and will be refunded to the main person of the event in the form of a gift card. The main person can then use this gift card towards any future beauty services offered by Sexy Makeup Studio.
21.In the event of a last-minute cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, there will be a charge of 100% of the deposited amount.
22.Alternatively, the deposited amount can also be kept on file as a credit in case of rescheduling purposes in the form of a Sexy Makeup Studio gift card, there will also be a $75 fee deducted from the deposited amount. This means that the gift card credit will be issued for the deposited amount minus the $75 cancellation fee. The Sexy Makeup Studio gift card can be used towards rescheduling in any beauty services at Sexy Makeup Studio.
Cancellation and Service Refusal Policy:
At Sexy Makeup Studio, we are dedicated to providing a seamless and high-quality service. However, if any major changes are made by the client or any involved parties to a booking or reservation within 30 days of the scheduled event, and we are unable to accommodate these changes, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse service. This policy ensures we can manage our resources effectively and maintain the level of service our clients expect.
In the event of such a cancellation, the deposit will be refunded in 7-10 days in the form of a gift card, minus a $50 cancellation fee, as outlined in the terms above.
Please note that this cancellation policy applies to all types of reservations and events unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. We encourage our customers to carefully review this policy at the time of booking to ensure they understand the terms and conditions.
